Terms and Conditions – Intasure Promotion for Existing Customers
1. Promoter’s name and address: Arthur J. Gallagher Insurance Brokers Limited trading as Intasure of Spectrum Building, 55 Blythswood Street, Glasgow, G2 7AT (the “Promoter”).
2. Promotion: Existing customers of the Promoter can receive a £15 discount (the “Discount“) on each new insurance policy that they purchase from the Promoter. The Discount will be deducted from the admin fee that is charged insurance policies arranged by the Promoter.
3. Promotion Period: This Promotion applies to insurance policies purchased from the Promoter between 1 February 2024 and 31 January 2025 (inclusive)
4. How to Participate and Eligibility:
a) You must purchase a new insurance policy from the Promoter during the Promotion Period either by contacting the Promoter on 0345 111 0680 or by submitting an online quote request.
b) This Promotion is only open to existing customers of the Promoter who at the time of purchasing additional policies already have a live policy in place with the Promoter.
c) For the avoidance of doubt, this Promotion is not open to customers of other business units within the Promoter’s group.
d) You must be a UK resident aged 18 or over.
e) The Promoter’s phone lines will be open from 9 am to 7pm on weekdays (excluding public holidays).
5. Additional Terms: This Discount offered in this Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
a) The discount on your insurance policy will also be applied for all subsequent renewals years as long as you remain a customer of the Promotor.
b) The Discount shall be applied to each additional insurance policy which is purchased by a customer. There is no limit on the number of policies that can be purchased.
c) This Promotion does not apply to DASK insurance (otherwise known as Turkish Natural Catastrophe Insurance Pool) or touring caravan insurance.
d) Cover is subject to eligibility.
e) Any quotes provided will be inclusive of any applicable discount.
f) If you cancel your policy during the first 12 months, (i) any refund of premium due will be calculated on a pro rata basis on the discounted premium quoted (inclusive of tax) and (ii) you may still have to pay on a pro rata basis, the difference between the offer premium and the price before application of the discount for the cover provided. These premiums will include the cost of any taxes applicable.
g) In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative discounts/rewards of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the Promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into regarding any of the terms and conditions or conduct of the Promoter.
6. Privacy and Personal Data: In order to participate in this Promotion you will need to provide the Promoter with your personal data. For information on how the Promoter will use your personal data and how you may exercise your rights in respect of that personal data, please refer to the Promotor’s Privacy Notice at ajg.com/uk/brokerage-privacy-policy. Please contact the Promoter if you do not want to receive direct marketing information from the Promoter.
7. Law and Jurisdiction: This Promotion and its terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes arising out of it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
